Registration, Dates, and Rates

2013 Session Dates
Session 1 - June 16 - June 22: Session 1 is a perfect first time away from home and introduction to Pony Farm!
Session 2 - June 23 - July 6*
Session 3 - July 7 - July 20*
Session 4 - July 21 - Aug 3
Session 5 - August 4 - August 17(one or two week option)
week 1 is Aug 4 - 10
week 2 is Aug 11 - 17
* These session typically include a home horse show.
2013 Rates and Registration
Rates:
$1600 for a one-week session
$3200 for a two-week session

Rates include room, board, all activities, board for private horses, use of camp-owned horses, tack, equipment, and laundry.
Optional home and “away” horse show expenses, incidental personal expenses, Cheshire Fair spending money, shoeing and vet expenses for privately-owned mounts are billed separately.
Deposit and Balance Due
A deposit of $800 is required for each week of camp. The deposit is non-refundable once camp acceptance is confirmed unless your space can be filled from our waiting list.
Payment of the balance is due May 1, 2013 for all sessions. This payment is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your spot from the waiting list.

Acceptances, Forms, and Information Packets
We mail out notification that you child is accepted on February 1, 2013. We also start a waiting list at this time.
We mail camp forms and our camp information packets in mid-April. Completed forms are due by June 1 for all sessions.
Travel
Campers may fly into or out the Manchester Boston Regional Airport, approximately 40 minutes from Touchstone Farm.
Please check with your airline regarding policies for unaccompanied minors.
